Your Grand Cherokee was part of a package of 200 vehicles we purchase from an insurance company. Normally it takes less than 30 days for the insurance company to issue title. Unfortunately these things happen when you deal with salvage title vehicles, sometimes there are delays in paperwork that are out of our control. We sell over 3000 vehicles a year with out incident. We are very sorry this has happened. As soon as the insurance company issues your title we will FED EX it to you. We would also like to issue you a $500 store credit towards a purchase of any vehicle that is available on our website. We appreciate your business, again our most sincere apologies.
