I will never ever recommend anyone to purchase from this place noting but Scam . Bought a car suppose to be clean title for $21k the car value is not more then $10k unfortunately it will cost me more to fix the car then what prize I bought the car . I want to return the car they offer me $14k this experience will never never going to be forget in my life . Again final warning do not purchase anything from them you will regret everything .

We sent you detailed photos and videos for you to share with your collision repair shop to make a decision to purchase the vehicle. We assisted you to locate used parts and we helped you transport the vehicle. You purchased a 2020 Hyundai Palisade LIMITED with a CLEAN TITLE, No salvage brands that had repairable collision damage to the sides for less than 50% of retail value. The retail value of the vehicle is over $54000 and you paid $21000. We supplied you all the information on the vehicle to do your research before finalizing the purchase. No one forced you to purchase the vehicle. How did we scam you? HOW are we at fault? The issue is with your collision repair shop...NOT US..How can we be responsible for what a shop of your choice is charging you for the repairs?? We sell damaged and repairable vehicles AS IS, NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEES..ALL SALES ARE FINAL..You purchased the vehicle in June of 2021 and then contacted us at the end of AUGUST 2021 asking us to buy back the vehicle for a loss. We do not buy vehicles back after they leave our facility. We are not at fault here. I am sorry that you are upset and that your collision shop is overcharging you. You should try and find another collision shop. We always do the right thing by our customers..we never mislead anyone and we ALWAYS describe vehicles accurately..We also keep record of all correspondences..We did everything possible to help you. Even after you left this negative review, you call us regularly and we STILL help you with all your requests.
