Manny & Pete know what they are doing and worked in tandem to assist me with my purchase of my salvage vehicle. As long as you know what salvage means, you can't be disappointed. Best company in the tri-state.
Poor service don't communicate properly wanted to see if a vehicle was available no response. Waste of time. Also had a vehicle listed as run and drive with heavy suspension damage.
Mr. Banga, We answered every one of your phone calls. We emailed you detailed photos and videos that clearly show all the damaged areas of the vehicle. The photos showed the damaged wheel and suspension. You even inspected the vehicle in person. Despite the suspension damage, the vehicle still runs and drives. We sell salvage vehicles not used cars. These vehicles need repairs before they can be operated safely on public roads. We agreed on a price, then we emailed you a contract. After a short period of time, you called our sales manager David to try and lower the price for whatever reason. We politely declined and moved on. You left this negative review in retaliation because you did not get your way. Sorry, that is not how we conduct business. We are always transparent with our customers and describe all vehicles accurately.
If I could give theses guys no star I would the are very rude and very bad stuff the break down the next day very bad people
Having a hard time understanding your review. I think you are saying a staff member was being rude. We record all of our correspondences. First I do not see where a JC Murphy or just Murphy even called or messaged. So I hope you are leaving a review for the correct business. Secondly, I personally reviewed all correspondences during the time frame of this review. I do not find any of our staff being rude to anyone at any point. I urge customers that if any staff is being rude (which is highly unlikely) call us and ask for Mike to report the incident. We have a highly trained staff and they know better than to be rude to our customers , thank you Mike BGD Management
