Terms of Service

By leaving a deposit, you agree that all necessary research has been completed, including asking any questions, inspecting the vehicle in person, and conducting any necessary due diligence.

By clicking the "I Agree" button, you agree to the following BidGoDrive.com Terms of Service:

1. You agree to leave a $500 deposit to reserve the vehicle for 48 hours. The deposit holds the vehicle for you during this period.

2. If the remaining balance is not paid within 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be converted into store credit, which can be used for any other vehicle on our site.

3. The vehicle will be resold if the balance is not paid within the 48-hour window, unless other arrangements are made in writing.

4. New Jersey residents are subject to a 6.625% sales tax on the total purchase price.

5. We accept cash, wire transfer, and certified bank checks. If using a certified bank check, a 7-10 business day hold on the vehicle and title will apply.

By proceeding, you guarantee full payment for the salvage vehicle and acknowledge that the repairs needed to make the vehicle roadworthy may exceed your initial assumption. This is a binding contract between both parties, and all sales are final. Vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranties expressed or implied.
