Although most of our sales are done online, at BidGoDrive we’re doing our part to make sure both our customers and employees stay safe. We are taking measures in accordance with government requirements and guidelines.
Customers will be required to make appointments to inspect vehicles. If you show up to any of our facilities without an appointment, you will not be serviced and asked to leave. You can only inspect up to 2 vehicles at a time. You may only bring one guest with you. You will not be able to roam the yard. You are only allowed to stay near the vehicles you are inspecting. You must wear a mask and gloves at all times. If you show up to our facilities without a mask or gloves, you will be asked to leave.
Tow providers and transporters can pick up / drop off vehicles at our locations but are required to do so by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Arrangements can be made via text with our main office or yard managers. Tow providers must wear a mask and gloves at all times.
